As I've clashed for the past 5 months, I have found some clans get so big that they divide into two. A main clan and a 'feeder's clan, where Elders from the main move to the minor, share leadership and part take in both clans.
1. Start a feeder clan
2. Assign elders from Go hard that can move season to season to either clan
3. Have 2 to 4 elders work out details of feeder clan
4. Top feeders would be allowed to join 'go hard'
