You can imagine working on a model of dictatorship, where you make the decisions alone and impose them on your members, this solution will increase your chances of making management mistakes and make members flee!
Remember that a clan is above all a community of players pursuing a common interest!
The opposite is also true, functioning as a pure democratic system where the majority decides for the whole, may seem like a good idea beforehand but in the end, you give power to the said majority, finding yourself with a minority that does not will never be right and will stick to you.
What will you do when the majority decides on an objective contrary to your initial ambitions?
